Terms of use

The agreement

By using this application you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use it — and if you already have an account, you can close it and take your data with you.

"The operator" below means whoever runs this particular deployment. This is not a commercial service; there is nothing to pay and no subscription.

Your account

• Use an email address you actually control. It is how you get back in if you forget your password, and there is no other route — nobody can look your password up, because it isn't stored in a readable form.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anyone who has it, or who has an open session on your device, can read and delete your data.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password — that signs out every other device.

Your data

Your shots, players, clubs and sessions are yours. Uploading them here does not transfer ownership of them, and the operator claims no rights over them beyond what is needed to store them and show them back to you.

You may download all of it at any time, in a documented format, without asking.

Only upload data you're entitled to upload. If a file contains somebody else's shots, that's fine as far as these terms go — but it's on you to have their agreement, not on the operator to check.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Try to access another account's data, or probe for ways to. The ownership boundary is enforced deliberately; attempting to get around it ends your access.
• Attempt to disrupt the service — flooding it with requests, deliberately abusing the import or live-session features to exhaust resources, or trying to lock other people's accounts.
• Use the account or password-reset flows to send unwanted mail to other people's addresses. Those endpoints are rate limited, and doing it anyway is grounds for removal.
• Upload anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to upload.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate against the service in ways that impose a cost on the operator or on other users.

Security research on your own account and your own data is welcome. Report what you find rather than using it; see below.

Availability

This is provided as-is and as-available. There is no uptime commitment, no support-response commitment, and no guarantee that any particular feature will keep existing.

The database is a serverless tier that pauses when idle, so the first request after a quiet period can take noticeably longer while it wakes up. That is normal and not a fault.

Backups exist for disaster recovery, not as a service to you: you cannot request restoration of individual records you deleted. Keep your own export of anything you'd be upset to lose. The download exists precisely so that you can.

Not coaching advice

The averages, trends, baselines and any model-derived figures shown here are arithmetic on the numbers you supplied. They are not instruction, not a fitting recommendation, and not medical or fitness advice.

Launch monitors have their own error margins, and a figure shown here is only ever as good as the file it came from. Don't make a club purchase, a swing change, or anything involving your body solely on the strength of a number on this screen.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like from your data. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

The operator may suspend or remove an account that breaks the acceptable-use rules above, or if the deployment is being shut down. Where it is reasonably possible to give notice before data is deleted, notice will be given so you can export first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost data, lost time, missed practice, decisions made on the basis of anything shown here, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
